• Most orders can be shipped within 24 - 48 hrs. Typically, orders are shipped-out the following day! Tracking information will be forwarded to your email address. 

• We use UPS Ground Service as our standard method of shipping. UPS Ground Service takes 1-4 days in transit depending on your relative location to ours. We are located in Willoughby, Ohio 44094. 
• There is NO EXTRA charge for customizing colors.
• Customized 'Mixed Trays' may be available upon request.
• Please feel free to contact us personally to answer any questions you may have! We love to hear from you! Seriously!
• When ordering for weddings & special events, we recommend the following time table: At anytime prior (as soon as possible) to your event, place a reserve order, by contacting us. This insures that your flowers will be available for your event. We do not require deposits for this service. We will then ship your flowers 1 month before your wedding or when requested. If your event is cancelled, we simply ask that you contact us ASAP so that we may place your flowers back into our inventory. 
• We safely ship our flowers world wide. Please email us for International shipping rates before ordering. Please include your destination address and the quantity and variety of flowers you are interested in.
• CHOCOLATIERS! Please contact us directly to order MINI-Violas, as they are not listed on website store. When ordering Strawberry Blossoms, please let us know by email or phone, that you will be using them on chocolates. Some of the blossoms are bigger and we will custom pack smaller blossoms for your chocolates.
• Crystallized Flowers are stored at room temperature in the containers they are shipped in. Store them in a temperature controlled environment, free of moisture & out of direct light. Shelf-life: One Year.
