Organically Grown, Dried, Culinary Lavender
We plan on introducing dried Lavender for your culinary and cooking needs at cost effective pricing. All of our Lavender is organically grown! We use the smaller blooms that we can not crystallize. We dry them and package them in resealable bags for your convenience. This Lavender will store for years! Look for this addition to appear in the Fall of 2011

Crystallized Sechuan Buttons
Sechuan Buttons are edible flowers that impart an actual physical sensation throughout your mouth.
It has been featured on WashingtonPost.com and compared to Pop Rocks (the 1970’s candy sensation) that leaves your tongue tingly, then numb and ending with a cool, mouth-watering sensation. We will officially release this new Crystallized Flower at the Fabulous Food Show in Cleveland, Ohio. The show is being held at Cleveland's I-X center on November 12-14, 2010. We will being selling the candied Sechuan Buttons at the food show as well as handing free samples out to adults while the supply lasts. We will make the flower available, on our website, for shippingNOW! Just in time for a little Holiday fun!
